When the cylindrical coordinates are called, the simulation would become quasi 3D structure where the current unit would become A instead of A/cm in 2D. The sum of radiative recombination, nonradiative recombination, etc... will be the unit of 1/s instead of 1/s/cm.

$usecylindricalrz is a command to solve the 2D problem in cylindrical coordinates, where r (original x) and z (original y) are solved. The structure is assumed to be cylindrical symmetric where the answer is the same throughout \theta.
When the cylindrical coordinates are called, the simulation becomes a quasi-3D structure where the current unit becomes A instead of A/cm in 2D. The sum of radiative recombination, nonradiative recombination, etc... will be the unit of 1/s instead of 1/s/cm.
Hence, all output of summarized quantities will become units similar to 3D.
