$usecylindricalrz is a command to solve the 2D problem in cylindrical coordinates, where r (original x) and z (original y) are solved. The structure is assumed to be cylindrical symmetric where the answer is the same throughout .
When the cylindrical coordinates are called, the simulation becomes a quasi-3D structure where the current unit becomes A instead of A/cm in 2D. The sum of radiative recombination, nonradiative recombination, etc... will be the unit of 1/s instead of 1/s/cm.
Hence, all output of summarized quantities will become units similar to 3D.
Note: This command is developing where many output units or values might be wrong when transforming from the x-y coordinate to the r-z coordinate. Please beware of any problems and report them.
