Parameter Explanation

  • Ntrap : trap density. (negative sign as electron trap and poisitive sign as hole trap) cm3
  • Et : depth of trap related to Ec. (eV). If it is 1.1eV below Ec, then type 1.1
  • degeneracy : degeneracy of traps, we usually set as 1.
  • te : nonradiative lifetime of electrons. (Sec.)
  • th : nonradiative lifetime of holes. (Sec.)
