Format
$CourantFactor S // where S is an floating point and.
Where c is the light speed in the vacuum, you can see more details in Eq. 4.60.
The default value is 0.999999.
Note: S is not equal to the courant number.
Example
$CourantFactor 0.999
Then S will be 0.999.
