This defines the total number of nodes in x, y, and z directions. Note that this function is not include the layer of PML. That is, the total number of nodes in simulation may NOT be $\begin{array}{c}{N}_x\times N_y\times N_z\end{array}$.

Thus, without PML, there is 201 nodes in x direction, so as the number of nodes are in y and z direction.
