This file shows the basic information in *.rcs file:
N_θ : the number of θ.
N_φ : the number of φ.
N_f : the number of frequencies or wavelengths.
Type_f : f(1) .... f(N_f) are frequencies or wavelengths.
f(i) : the value of frequency or wavelength in i-th column.
