Parameter Explanation

• Nt : total trap concerntraion and if you wanna set n-type traps nt should be a negative value ex -9e16 vice versa $(c{m}^{-3})$
  

• Et : the depth of traps central. $(eV).ThepositionofEtisdecidedbyrelatedpositiontoEc.Forexample,iftrapis1.1eVbelowconductionband,-1.1eVisused.Holetrapisusingthesamedefinitionaselectrontrap,whichisrelatedtoEcalso.$
  

• σ : the FWHM of trap. $(eV)$
  

• degeneracy the degeneracy of traps we usually set as 1.
  

• te : lifetime of electrons. $(Sec.)$
  

• th : lifetime of holes. $(Sec.)$
