Landscape1d solves the localized landscape equation after the Poisson and drift-diffusion equations converge. If we want to solve the Poisson, drift-diffusion, and localized landscape self-consistently, we need to add another command $landscapeDOS.

Example

$landscape1D 

This only solves the landscape potential 1/u after Poisson and drift-diffusion converged. If we set the command as

$landscape1D 
$landscapeDOS

The program will solve the Poisson drift-diffusion and landscape self-consistently.

The $landscape1D setting for 1D-DDCC in GUI interface

1.Press the Schrodinger Eigen Solver.
2.Press Enable potential landscape.
