- The passing time of lasers in the system. If the delay time is -1, means the passing time is depends on the situation. If @LASER_NUM is larger then one, list them separated by ",".
- Is store as delay_time in the fortran code.

Which mean the system has one laser, and its passing time is 0. Note that because laser is the source, the passing time is usually zero.
