$ifTversusJ

$ifTversusJ is the command to estimate the temperature in the channel loss. The command is

$ifTversusJ
type  thermal_resistance_P1 

Currently type is 1. 
$T=T_{ref}+P1*powe{r}_{l}oss$  

 P1 is the thermal resistance  $P1:K/(W/c{m}^2)$  
 Power loss would be the joul-heat-loss, nonradiative recombination loss, Auger recombination loss

$ifTversusJ
1   0.01
