Format

$Deltaxyz
 dx
 dy
 dz                // where dx, dy, and dz are real numbers.

The function defines the mesh size in x, y, and z directions.

Example

$Deltaxyz
 1.0e-8
 1.0e-8
 1.0e-8

Thus, in each direction, the distance between two neighbor points is 1.0e-8 (m).
