.time_ion is file to output the distribution of ion. The format is as follow

  $x y N_{i o n, 1} N_{i o n, 2} N_{i o n, 3} . . . .$  
  $x y N_{i o n, 1} N_{i o n, 2} N_{i o n, 3} . . . .$  
  $x y N_{i o n, 1} N_{i o n, 2} N_{i o n, 3} . . . .$  
  $x y N_{i o n, 1} N_{i o n, 2} N_{i o n, 3} . . . .$  
  $x y N_{i o n, 1} N_{i o n, 2} N_{i o n, 3} . . . .$

x and y is the node's position
N is the ion density
 $N_{i o n, 3}$  is the ion charge density. + is for positive ion, - is for negative ion.

If you calculated 4 type of ions, then 3-6 column is the density of 4 types of ions.
