- The delay time of Entanglelasers in the system. If the delay time is -1, means the delay time is depends on the situation. If @EntangleLASER_NUM is larger then one, list them separated by ",".
- Is store as delay_time in the fortran code.

Which mean the system has one Entanglelaser, and its delay time is 0. Because it's the source, the laser delay time is usually zero.
