m is the mth electron eigen states n is the nth hole eigen states EigenEn(m) is the m_th electron eigen values EigenEp(n) is the n_th hole eigen values EigenEfn(m) is the averaged m_th eigen wave function region's electon fermi level EigenEfp(n) is the averaged n_th eigen wave function region's hole's fermi level abs(overlap(m,n)) is $|ph{i}_{e,m}^{*}{\varphi }_{h,n}^{*}|$
