The function defines the simulated space. x_L / y_L / z_L is the position of the first point in x / y / z-axis, and x_R / y_R / z_R is the position of the last point in x / y / z-axis.
The unit is meter (m).

This means the space region is from (0, 0, 0) to (200, 200, 200) (μm).
