$negfifmaterial

Now we only have two material structures for NEGF model, one is GaAs gate-all-around nanowire FET(GAA NWFET), the other is silicon-on-insulator(SOI) FinFET.
$negfifmaterial is the command to setup the material structure.
1 is for GaAs(GAA NWFET), 2 is for Si(SOI FinFET).
