$activateStimEL

$activateStimEL is a command used to enable the calculation of stimulate Emission.

The stimulate emission coefficient is calculated by:

$B_{stim}=B_0\times \beta \times \frac{R_{rad}}{R_{th}-R_{rad}}$
$R_{stim}=B_{stim}\times n\times p$
$B_0:$ is the radiative recombination coefficient
$R_{th}:$ is the threshold recombination rate
 $R_{rad}:$ is the spontaneous radiative recombination rates decided by  $B_0\times n\times p$
