$activateStimEL is a command used to enable the calculation of stimulate Emission.

The stimulate emission coefficient is calculated by:

Bstim=B0×β×RradRthRrad
Rstim=Bstim×n×p
B0: is the radiative recombination coefficient
Rth: is the threshold recombination rate
Rrad: is the spontaneous radiative recombination rates decided by  B0×n×p
β: is the fitting coefficient. 

The way to activate the command is as following

$activateStimEL
Method QW_number 1st_QW_layerNum 2nd_QW_layerNum 3rd_QW_layerNum ...
β1Rth,1 , P3_1, P4_1
β2Rth,2 , P3_2, P4_2
β3Rth,3 , P3_3, P4_3
β4Rth,4 , P3_4, P4_4
β5Rth,5 , P3_5, P4_5
.....
..... total N layers (regions)
βNRth,N , P3_N, P4_N
Method: 1 -> Given βandRth of each layer. If this is layer is not QW, set β=0.0,andRth=0.0
Method: 2 -> defined for future expansion
P3, P4 : Not used, may be used when Method 2 is activate in the future


For example:

$activateStimEL

In this command, use method 1. There is 1 QW which is the 2nd layer. The β and Rth of the 2nd layer is 1.0e-4 and 5.0e27 (1/cm3s)
