Parameter Explanation

• $V_g$ : Applied Voltage. $(V)$

• $IQE$ : Internal quantum efficiency.

• $Error$ : Convergence of this biasing point. Should be less than 1.e-4 at least.

• $J_{left}$ :Current flows in/out at left side. $(Ac{m}^{-2})$

• $J_{right}$ : Current flows in/out at right side.$(Ac{m}^{-2})$

• $J_{e_{tunnel}}$ : Tunneling current (go with $calltunnel).$(Ac{m}^{-2})$

• $J_{h_{tunnel}}$ : Hole tunneling current.$(Ac{m}^{-2})$

• $J_{n_{left}}$ : Electron current flow into the left contact.$(Ac{m}^{-2})$

• $J_{p_{left}}$ : Hole current flows into the right contact.$(Ac{m}^{-2})$

• $J_{n_{right}}$ : Electron current flow into the left contact.$(Ac{m}^{-2})$
