The y-coordinate for each y node. The number of rows (n) depends on the function $xsecysecmaxob.

$xsecysecmaxob 3 5 2
$ynode 0.00 1.00 3.00 3.05 3.45
It means the 1st y-point is at 0.0 (μm);
the 2nd is at 1.0 (μm);
the 3rd is at 3.0 (μm);
the 4th is at 3.05 (μm);
and the last is at 3.45 (μm).
