$usedvprofile par%dvfile xmin , xmax , position_offset_from_ddcc_to_MC
dVfile format is
N X1 E1 vel_1 X2 E2 vel_2 X3 E3 vel_3 X4 E4 vel_4 .... For example, MC runs 20nm. from 0 to 20nm, DDCC's channel region is 21.0nm to 41nm. So the command is $usedvprofile dvMCfilename 21.0 41.0 21.0
dVfile is
201 0.0 100.0 1.0e6 0.1 100.0 1.2e6 0.2 ... ... 20.0
