- Mean photon number of laser with only signal state. If @LASER_NUM is larger then one, list them separated by ",". If there's decoy and vacuum state, see @DECOY_PARAMS
- Mean photon number: The average probability of a photon appearing in a PULSE. Ex:When MPN is 0.1, it means that sending a group of BURST containing ten PULSEs has a chance of detecting a photon in one of the PULSEs.
