  • The recovery time after the detector detects a photon event. During this period, even if a photon appears, it cannot be detected. If @SPD_NUM is larger then one, list them separated by ",".
  • Is store as dead_time in the fortran code.

Which mean the system has two detector, and their dead time are 10000000(ps).
