Modify the Electron and Hole mobility parameters for all layers.

Band structure diagram.

You can compare the $1Dparameters in the input file to check for any setting errors (mue and muh).
You can refer to the $1Dparameters command.

Use effective mass.
You can refer to the $1Daddefmas command.(In .inp file called $1daddefmass)
