$gatewithworkfunc

This function is used when the gate contact is adjacent with two or more materials that has different affinities. To activate this, use can just fill in the work function of the metal contact and this function should be used with the $affinity. For example:

Then the work function of the gate contact is 5.1 eV. If the contact material is 4.05eV, then the Schottky barrier is 1.05eV.
