$schottkyba

$schottkyba is the command to setup gate's Schottky barrier. This command is referred to Ec, so it is stictly defined as $\phi_B= \phi_m - \chi_s$

$\phi_m$ is the metal work function 

$\chi_s$ is the electron affinity of electrons

$\phi_{B}$ is the Schottky barrier, unit is in eV.
