$solarstrength
$solarstrength is the command to define the strengh of incident light. Usually AM1.5 spectrum is used for solar cell simulation. However, some solar cell will use concentrator to increase the incident light. Increase of incident light strength will not only affect the short circuit current. But will also affect the open circuit voltage. Therefore, sometimes it is necessary to put this command.
The format is :
$solarstrength solar_number
For example:
$solarstrength 200.0
The incident light is concentrated by 200x times. You can also consider the transit and reflection. For example, if 20% light are reflected, then
$solarstrength 0.800
The $solarstrength setting for 1D-DDCC in GUI interface
1.Press the Solar Cell Setting.
2.Press the Solve for solar cell.
3.Setting Sun number of concentrator.
