- Because the implementation is not perfect, there will be rise & fall time in boundaries when modulating pulse. Fall time set the time it takes for modulate pattern to fall from its highest point.
- Is store as fall_time in the fortran code.

Which mean in the simulator modulate pattern will set its fall time as 40000(ps) make it consistent with the reality.
