• For point-to-point communication, Bob need to know when to control the detector.He need to know when the photon will arrive. Thus, we define LAST_DEV_TYPE_2_BOB & LAST_DEV_ID_2_BOB, so that BOB will know when the photon will arrive the receiver.
• Is store as LAST_DEV_ID_2_BOB in the fortran code.
