$negfpolaropticalphonon

If you use the command $negfifscattering and the second term is 1, then use the command $negfpolaropticalphonon to setup the related parameters of polar optical phonon scattering of GaAs. You can also use this function and set the parameter with our GUI version at the input box of "Scattering Parameters" in GUI
The equation of polar optical phonon scattering:

W_{pop}^{ab}(k)=\frac{|C|^2V}{4\pi^2\hbar^2}[n(\omega_{0})]N_{1D}(E_{k}+\hbar\omega_{0})
W_{pop}^{em}(k)=\frac{|C|^2V}{4\pi^2\hbar^2}[n(\omega_{0}+1)]N_{1D}(E_{k}-\hbar\omega_{0})
C=i\sqrt{\frac{e^{2}\hbar\omega_{0}}{2\epsilon_{0}V}(\frac{1}{\epsilon_{\infty}}-\frac{1}{\epsilon_{s}})}
$negfpolaropticalphonon
\rho  \epsilon_{\infty}  \epsilon_{s}
D_{op} \omega_{0}
