RCS(i,j) : the value of radar cross section in ith angle and jth frequency or wavelength.
RCSθ(i,j) : theta part of RCS.
RCSφ(i,j) : phi part of RCS.

Nf : the number of frequency calculated in NTFF transformation.
N : the total number of angle calculated in the space.
