$UseAuger

This function is to consider the auger recombination in the device. Fill in the auger recombination coefficient of each layer.

Format

1st layer layer's auger coefficient
2nd layer layer's auger coefficient
3rd layer layer's auger coefficient

nth layer layer's auger coefficien $(c{m}^6{s}^{-1})$ the nth layer is decided by $totallayer

The $UseAuger setting for 1D-DDCC in GUI interface

$UseAuger will only appear in the input file if Auger is pressed.
