$drainworkc is the command to assign metal work function of drain contact. If this command is used, the Schottky barrier between the drain contact to the material affinity is decided by

${\varphi }_{m,drain}-{\chi }_{materia}$

Note that original the program will find the contact barrier with doping. With this command, this auto-finding function will be disabled.
