$justsolvestrain

$justsolvestrain is the function to let the program only solves the strain problem. Since sometimes we want to evaluate the strain in the device only, we don't need to solve the Poisson and drift-diffusion equations. Therefore, we can add this command + $callstrainsolver to activate the strain solver.
