$negfsubbandnumber

$negfsubbandnumber is the command to setup the number of subbands which you want to consider and degeneracy of materials.You can also use this function and set the parameter with our GUI version at the input box of "Subband Max" in GUI

 $negfsubbandnumber
 number of subbands   degeneracy

Example:

 $negfsubbandnumber
 8 4

There are 8 subbands will be considered, and the degeneracy due to confinement effect is 4.
