$nodriftdi

$nodriftdi is the command to avoid solving drift-diffusion equation. It is also an experimental command. Usually only be good in solving the MOS structure to save time of iteration. But if a large bias is applied, it will be failed since Efn and Efp are assumed to be zero by default.
