$solveeigenvalue

$solveeigenvalue
is a command to solve the eigen value of electron and holes in the device. The program will solve the eigen value at the end of each bias. In the 2D simulation, solving the eigen value of device may take a very long time. Therefore, user needs to be careful to narrow down his calculation area.

For example:

 $solveeigenbias
