$usespecgen

$usespecgen is the command to put a generation profile with a specific function, which is mostly a Gaussian shape generation profile.

$\hslash \omega$ is the phonon energy of light source. If $\hslash \omega >Eg$, the generation rate will be activated.

1: If $\hslash \omega >Eg$, $G(x,y)=A*exp(-\frac{(x-xc{)}^2}{2*{\sigma }_x^2})*exp(-\frac{(y-yc{)}^2}{2*{\sigma }_y^2})$
