The QE file is to output the IQE calculated in the program. The format is

Vg Vd Vs Rad_total/Jn_t Nonradiative_total/Jn_t Auger_total/Jn_t Rad_total/Jp_t Nonradiative_total/Jp_t Auger_total/Jp_t ( Rad_total(R_1)/Jn_t Rad_total(R_2)/Jn_t ... Rad_total(R_N)/Jn_t) ( nonRad_total(R_1)/Jn_t nonRad_total(R_2)/Jn_t ... nonRad_total(R_N)/Jn_t) ( Rad_total(R_1)/Jn_t Rad_total(R_2)/Jn_t ... Rad_total(R_N)/Jn_t)

Here Jn_t is the total eletron current flowing into device (not flowing out). Jp_t is the total hole current flowing into device (not flowing out). Note that due the overflow, the total electron and hole current will not be the same. Also, for 3 terminal devices, we cannot only take summation of flowing in electron and flowing out hole current in one contact as the whole current. Therefore, how to judge the meaning of these result will be left to user. After (Rad_total/Jn_t Nonradiative_total/Jn_t Auger_total/Jn_t Rad_total/Jp_t Nonradiative_total/Jp_t Auger_total/Jp_t ), the rests are save as

(par%radsum(j)/jnsum*ELCHG,j=1,ss1), (par%nonradsum(j)/jnsum*ELCHG,j=1,ss1), (par%augersum(j)/jnsum*ELCHG,j=1,ss1)
ss1 is the total region number.

For example, if we have 3 regions, the radiative IQE is 60% for total region, 15% for Region1, 35% for region2 and 10% for region3.
he nonradiative is 25% for total region, 5% for Region1, 10% for region2 and 10% for region3.
he Auger is 15% for total region, 3% for Region1, 7% for region2 and 5% for region3.
