2D OLED Set up the material parameters

Includes Eg, dix, diy, m0off, m0in, mhh, mlh, mun, mup, taun, and taup.
You can refer to the $parameters command.

Note: To avoid affecting the DOE setup, User-OLED should not be selected as the material. Instead, choose any organic material.
