@HEIGHT PROP (LASER)

- The height of each PULSE in a set of BURST. If @LASER_NUM is larger then one, record a set of data in one line.
- Is store as height_prop in the fortran code.
example
@HEIGHT_PROP 1.0, 1.0, 1.0, 1.0, 1.0
Which mean the system has one laser, and eash PULSE height in a set of BURST is 1.0.
