This function is to consider the auger recombination in the device. Fill in the auger recombination coefficient of each layer.
Format
$Useauger 1st layer layer's auger coefficient 2nd layer layer's auger coefficient 3rd layer layer's auger coefficient . . . nth layer layer's auger coefficien the nth layer is decided by $totallayer
Example
$Useauger 8.0e-31 8.0e-31 8.0e-31
The $UseAuger setting for 1D-DDCC in GUI interface
$UseAuger will only appear in the input file if Auger is pressed.
The $UseAuger setting for 2D-DDCC in GUI interface
Press Material Parameter , check the box and fill in the fields for the Auger (C) as needed!
