$usespecgen

$usespecgen is the command to put generation profile with a specific function, which is mostly Gaussian shape generation profile.

$\hslash \omega$ is the wavelength of light source. If $\hslash \omega >Eg$, the generation rate will be activated.

For the function types:

1: If $\hslash \omega >Eg$, $G(x,y)=A*exp(-\frac{(x-xc{)}^2}{2*{\sigma }_x^2})*exp(-\frac{(y-yc{)}^2}{2*{\sigma }_y^2})$
2: If $\hslash \omega >Eg$, $G(x,y)=A*exp(-\frac{(x-xc{)}^2}{{\sigma }_x^2})*exp(-\frac{|(y-yc)|}{{\sigma }_y})$
3: If $\hslash \omega >Eg$, $G(x,y)=A*exp(-\frac{(y-yc{)}^2}{{\sigma }_y^2})*exp(-\frac{|(x-xc)|}{{\sigma }_x})$
4: If $\hslash \omega >Eg$, $G(x,y)=A*exp(-\frac{-|(y-yc)|}{{\sigma }_y})$
5: If $\hslash \omega >Eg$, $G(x,y)=A*exp(-\frac{-|(x-xc)|}{{\sigma }_x})$
