$ifsolvenegf is the command to use the Non-Equilibrium Green’s Function (NEGF) model which considers quantum mechanics and nonequilibrium statistics.

If you want to turn on the quantum transport simulation (NEGF), you need to include this command into your input file, and the following commands should be set carefully.
