$negfsubbandnumber

$negfsubbandnumber is the command to setup the number of subbands which you want to consider and degeneracy of materials.

 $negfsubbandnumber
 number of subbands   degeneracy

Example:

 $negfsubbandnumber
 8 4

There are 8 subbands will be considered, and the degeneracy due to confinement effect is 4.
