Modeling the band to band tunneling (BTBT) with the BTBT formalism. The band to band tunneling rates are decided by
G=a×|E|p×exp(b|E|s)+a2×|E|p2×exp(b2|E|s2)

The unit of b is V/cm The unit of a is cm3s1



For example:
