$drainworkc

$sourceworkc is the command to assign metal work function of source contact. If this command is used, the Schottky barrier between the gate contact to the material affinity is decided by

${\varphi }_{m,gate}-{\chi }_{materia}$

Note that original the program will find the contact barrier with doping. With this command, this autofinding will be disabled.
