$thermaldiff is to activate the thermal equation solver. The program will solve the thermal dissipation equations. The user needs to assign thermal conductivity coefficient and heat capacitance. Heat capacitance will only be used in time dependent thermal solver. However, even time dependent solver of thermal equations is not called. The heat capacitance still needs to be assigned to avoid reading errors.

Parameter Explanation

  • Thermal conductivity. (Joule s^{-1}cm^{-1}K^{-1})
  • Heat capacitance. (Joule cm^{-3}K^{-1})
