$heatbndistance is the command to assign the heat absorbing boundary distance.
The format is
$heatbndistance distance(cm)
For example
$heatbndistance 500.0e-4
This means the thermal boundary condition ($contact is assigned 91) has a heat absorbing boundary at the distance of 500um.
